Where We’ll Stay
Villa Paradiso sits right on the Mediterranean near Palermo, close enough to the water that you can hear it from where you'll be sleeping.
It's the kind of house built for exactly this — long meals, slow mornings, a table you can carry outside without thinking twice about it. We kept the group small on purpose, just six guests and the three of us, so the villa never feels like it's holding more than it should.
This is where every morning starts and every dinner ends for the five days we're there
Book Your Spot
there's a specific kind of quiet I only find near water. For Emily, it's a table set somewhere unexpected — she's spent years chasing that feeling, watching strangers turn into people who don't want to leave. For Amanda, it's the stillness the sea has, found one exhale at a time. For Delaney, it's a kitchen built around whatever's actually in season, no rush, no shortcuts. Three ways into the same quiet. That's what FLOW is. This October, we're opening that table to six women at Villa Paradiso, on the water outside Palermo. Five days built around serenity, real food, and the kind of mornings that actually ground you. — Emily, Delaney & Amanda

Delaney Baumbick
Delaney is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and holistic personal chef whose approach to food is rooted in simplicity and intention. Her philosophy centers on returning to the basics — using real food as medicine and stepping away from the noise of today's wellness space. She works with clients to simplify their relationship with health, building menus around whole, honest ingredients and the belief that what we eat should nourish us without complication. Open Kitchen is a chance to experience that philosophy at the table.

Breathwork Facilitator, Pilates Instructor, PhotographerAmanda Tomecko
Amanda is a somatic breathwork facilitator, Pilates instructor, and personal branding photographer based in Cleveland, Ohio, who finds a deep passion for traveling through creating retreats and capturing the memories made within them. She works with women who are building something for themselves—whether in their life, business, or through personal evolution—and want to feel confident, present, and at ease while they do it.
Her approach blends breath, movement, and reflection into something simple and unforced. She’s spent the past two years deepening her own breathwork practice and now guides others through it in a grounded, approachable way, alongside Pilates and quiet moments of journaling and reflection—work that’s less about fixing anything and more about learning how to slow down while bringing your mind and body into alignment.
